Bronisław Malinowski, me inspirou muito na “Introdução” de seu clássico “Argonautas do Pacífico Ocidental” ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=1994 ) quando falava do oficio de reportagem do Antropólogo, o tempo de estranhamento entre o observador e objeto de sua observação. Como por exemplo nos primeiros dias da faculdade de direito era alguém que estava sempre na Barão de Limeira, sede da Folha de S.Paulo por volta do ano 2000, junto de seus funcionários rasos, observando e apurando, sem ser ostensivamente notado, mas tenho por hábito até lembrar nesse ano a visita do Presidente Lula, sede do Datafolha, para o lançamento de “Esquerda e Direita no Eleitorado Brasileiro” do Prof. André Singer que trocara telefone comigo, foi muito simpático e viria a ser o próximo Porta-Voz da Presidência do Brasil. De sobremodo, até o final da faculdade de Ciências Sociais, não foi estranho ir conhecer sem maiores alardes, assentamentos, como Dom Tomás Balduíno, Irmã Alberta, Rosa Luxemburgo, ou mesmo Escola Nacional Florestan Fernandes, muito afeito ao que propos Malinowski na referida introdução, e não sem ao mesmo tempo trabalhar como operário da Cinemateca Brasileira no “Projeto Ampla Visão” e TV Cultura nos 30 anos de assassinato de seu Editor-Chefe Vladimir Herzog, e ainda assim parece que a carteirinha de repórter não só me é negada, como hoje não vejo nenhum compromisso entre nós que nos ajude durante um processo de perseguição politica no Brasil. Que compromete meus direitos civis, após me manter preso em “Black Hole” 33 dias antes do primeiro turno da ultima eleição municipal no país, hoje a justiça local, o médico do Vice-Presidente da República, seguem um processo sem direito a defesa, bem como sem a queira, que além de tudo me impede de votar e ser votado, bem como não tenho direito de opinar se quero permanecer ou deixar o imóvel de minha propriedade, meu único imóvel, meu bem de família, inclusive pela pressão que sofrem meus familiares, bem como são remunerados para isso.

Bronisław Malinowski greatly inspired me in the “Introduction” to his classic “Argonauts of the Western Pacific” ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=1994 ) when he spoke of the anthropologist’s reporting profession, the time of estrangement between the observer and the object of their observation. For example, in my early days at law school, I was someone who was always at Barão de Limeira, the headquarters of Folha de S.Paulo around the year 2000, alongside its low-level employees, observing and investigating, without being overtly noticed. But I still remember that year President Lula’s visit to the Datafolha headquarters for the launch of “Left and Right in the Brazilian Electorate” by Professor André Singer, who exchanged phone numbers with me, was very friendly, and would later become the next Spokesperson for the Presidency of Brazil. Moreover, until the end of my Social Sciences degree, it wasn’t unusual to visit, without much fanfare, settlements like Dom Tomás Balduíno, Sister Alberta, Rosa Luxemburg, or even the Florestan Fernandes National School, very much in line with what Malinowski proposed in the aforementioned introduction, and not without simultaneously working as a laborer at the Brazilian Cinematheque on the “Ampla Visão Project” and TV Cultura during the 30th anniversary of the assassination of its Editor-in-Chief Vladimir Herzog, and yet it seems that not only is my reporter’s card denied, but today I see no commitment between us that would help us during a process of political persecution in Brazil. This compromises my civil rights. After keeping me imprisoned in “Black Hole” for 33 days before the first round of the last municipal election in the country, today the local justice system, along with the Vice-President’s doctor, are pursuing a process without the right to a defense, as well as without any justification. This prevents me from voting and being voted for, and I also have no right to decide whether I want to remain in or leave the property I own, my only property, my family home, especially given the pressure my family members are under, and for which they are being paid.
