On this Holocaust Remembrance Day, I wanted to say that I believe in a one Israel, even if Jerusalem is its Capital. In principle, because I believe in the ability of the Israelis to welcome the Palestinian people in Israel, and with that to make Israeli politics more plural. And besides, because in Brazil we have a feeling that everything that doesn’t have an owner belongs to nobody and nobody takes care of it, I could be wrong. How can I be deluding myself about this reception of the Palestinian people in Israel, but I do my part always trying to believe that I can offer Brazilian friendship to the Jordanian people so, if they do, as I fundamentally believe that Brazil is always the Promised Land for everyone, and I do not and will never fail to promise for everyone, especially those today isolated in large fields of the map that do not make any sense if they do not belong to a united Israel.
