O crime de tentativa de abolição do Estado Democrático de Direito previsto no Artigo 359L do Código Penal brasileiro, é subsunção de hipótese do pais ser signatário do Estatuto de Roma do Tribunal Penal Internacional (TPI). Outra feita, a chamada Lei de Segurança Nacional, se presta a perseguição de opositores em desabrigo do que se possa na lei penal internacional se chamar de Democracia.
The crime of attempting to abolish the Democratic Rule of Law provided for in Article 359L of the Brazilian Penal Code, is a subsumption of the hypothesis that the country is a signatory to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Another development, the so-called National Security Law, lends itself to the persecution of opponents who disagree with what international criminal law can be called Democracy.
