Eu tive uma militância estudantil mais ou menos destacada até aproximadamente a idade de Greta Thunberg, em que pese ela seja autista e eu disléxico. No Colégio Fênix, e em Guaratinguetá, era comum organizar no colégio o “Musica Para Ouvir” que eu ajudei a criar, reunir os músicos do colégio, fazer questionários socioeconômicos do bairro mais pobre da cidade, e com a renda dos shows, em uma ocasião levar comida ao bairro mais pobre da cidade, em outra cobertores, em outra educação sanitária e objetos de higiene pessoal. Paralelamente, ou com outra turna, do colégio técnico, fui fundador de um dos maiores canais de bate-papo em língua portuguesa do mundo na rede BrasNET, associando de forma pioneira o rádio tradicional a internet, e chegando a recordes históricos do idioma em uma mesmo canal da bate-papo até o ano 2000 aproximadamente. Em 2000 ingresso na segunda turma de Direito da FAAP, e após a primeira turma de forma muito competente criar as instalações do Diretório Acadêmico Carlos Alberto Bittar e algumas das melhores tradições, venço como Diretor Cultural a primeira eleição disputada por mais de uma chapa. Em 2004 no primeiro semestre da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, resgato a tradição dos Conselhos de Centros Acadêmicos, que reunia os dez Centros Acadêmicos do Campus Monte Alegre, com votações difíceis registradas em Atas Históricas assinadas pelos dez Centros Acadêmicos, e presididas por mim, assim como inúmeras Assembleias Gerais de Estudantes, bem como o Conselho Universitário, instância máxima da Universidade, que teve seu dia mais cheio de estudantes, para leitura, apenas e tão somente, pelo Centro de Ciências Humanas do Manifesto que reproduzo aqui em “16” desse Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=464 ), sobre o financiamento estudantil, escrito por mim em nome dos demais que aprovaram em três instancias antes da leitura no CONSUN, única desocupação pacífica após 20 dias do Campus Monte Alegre pelo corpo discente, que eu também discuto mais, bem como a tese de fundação do PSOL, que não sou filiado mas assinei sua fundação, com a tese sobre a previdência social dos funcionários públicos e sobre os aperfeiçoamentos do PROUNI que chegou e ser publicado na época na Coluna do Leitor do jornal O Estado de São Paulo, e eu reproduzi aqui em “Queima de Arquivo” desse mesmo Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=1921 ). Em 2005, em virtude da ajuda prestada no Acampamento Rosa Luxemburgo em Osasco no ano 2004, Dom Tomás Balduíno, que dá nome a Franco da Rocha, onde fui, assim como ao Irmã Alberta, ele Presidente da Pastoral da Terra, me chama tomar parte na fundação da Escola Nacional Florestan Fernandes, construída com a renda do Livro Terra de Sebastião Salgado, José Saramago, e Chico Buarque, além do laboratório de informática Rosa Luxemburgo também, plantando uma muda de Oliveira vinda diretamente da Palestina a convite de Dom Tomás Balduíno, como presente para a nossa escola. Isso já era 2005, e em 15 de novembro de 2005, Feriado da República, eu sou sequestrado por minha família de dentro da minha casa, e levado ao Black Hole da Rua Venezuela em Taubaté, São Paulo.

I was somewhat prominent in student activism until about Greta Thunberg’s age, even though she is autistic and I am dyslexic. At Colégio Fênix, and in Guaratinguetá, it was common to organize the “Musica Para Ouvir” (Music to Listen to) program, which I helped create. It brought together the school’s musicians, conducted socioeconomic surveys in the city’s poorest neighborhood, and with the proceeds from the shows, on one occasion, I brought food to the city’s poorest neighborhood, on another, blankets, and on another, health education and personal hygiene items. Concurrently, or during another shift, at the technical school, I founded one of the largest Portuguese-language chat channels in the world on the BrasNET network, pioneering the combination of traditional radio and the internet, and achieving historical records for the language in a single chat channel until approximately the year 2000. In 2000, I joined the second class of Law at FAAP, and after the first class very competently created the facilities of the Carlos Alberto Bittar Academic Directory and some of the best traditions, I won as Cultural Director the first election contested by more than one ticket. In 2004, in the first semester of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, I revived the tradition of the Academic Center Councils, which brought together the ten Academic Centers of the Monte Alegre Campus, with difficult votes recorded in Historical Minutes signed by the ten Academic Centers, and chaired by me, as well as countless General Student Assemblies, as well as the University Council, the highest body of the University, which had its busiest day of students, for reading, only and solely, by the Center of Human Sciences of the Manifesto that I reproduce here in “16” of this Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=464 ), on student financing, written by me on behalf of the others who approved in three instances before the reading at CONSUN, the only peaceful eviction after 20 days of the Monte Alegre Campus by the student body, which I also discuss further, as well as the founding thesis of the PSOL, which I am not I was affiliated, but I signed its foundation, with the thesis on social security for public employees and on the improvements of PROUNI, which was published at the time in the Reader’s Column of the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo, and I reproduced it here in “Archive Burning” of this same Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org ( https://coexistencelaw.org/?p=1921 ). In 2005, due to the help provided at the Rosa Luxemburgo Camp in Osasco in 2004, Dom Tomás Balduíno, after whom Franco da Rocha is named, where I went, as well as Sister Alberta, he President of the Pastoral da Terra, invited me to take part in the foundation of the Florestan Fernandes National School, built with the proceeds from the book Terra by Sebastião Salgado, José Saramago, and Chico Buarque, in addition to the Rosa Luxemburgo computer lab, planting an olive tree sapling brought directly from Palestine at the invitation of Dom Tomás Balduíno, as a gift to our school. This was already 2005, and on November 15, 2005, a Republic Day holiday, I was kidnapped by my family from inside my house, and taken to the Black Hole on Rua Venezuela in Taubaté, São Paulo.
