Eu acho importante o encontro do Presidente Lula com o Presidente Vladimir Putin, no sentido que a Chancelaria Brasileira assumiu duas posições contraditórias em relação a Guerra na Ucrânia. Em princípio Pró-Rússia e depois Pró-ONTAN. Isso impossibilitou um primeiro acordo do o Presidente Zelensky, e mesmo com a mudança de opinião não houve esse encontro mais, onde o Presidente Lula dizia que ele seria a “pomba da paz” nessa guerra. Teme o Presidente Lula hoje se encontrar com o Presidente Donald Trump, mais que isso, a relação, mais essa, azedou já de vez com as palavras da Embaixada dos Estados Unidos da América no Brasil. Mas a priori o argumento era, eu não vou lá, porque o Presidente Donald Trump nos pega para Cristo na coletiva de imprensa logo depois, como fez com o Presidente Zelensky. Fato é que até o Presidente Donald Trump e o Presidente Zelensky depois disso se encontraram na Basílica de São Pedro Apóstolo num gesto simbólico no Vaticano. E nisso tá a percepção aguda do Presidente Zelensky que as coisas não estão hoje como no passado, inclusive dos dirigentes brasileiros, no âmbito da conspiração por esse ou aquele governo, mais ou menos violenta. Ela está em plena guerra, onde nossas provisões militares são pífias também. Acho que isso é tipo de consideração que Presidente Lula não faz, como a Presidente Dilma Rousseff não fez com o Presidente Obama, quando recusou um visita de Estado a Washington por ter descoberto que estava sendo espionada pela Casa Branca. Melhor dizendo, de lá para cá, e desde o tempo do Golpe Militar de 1964 até os dias de hoje, a questão militar é solenemente desprezada pelo Presidente Lula, ou pior, vive uma constante contradição. E ela na arrefeceu nesse intervalo de tempo, como eu sempre pretendo que aconteça.

Mais que isso, hoje o que causa um profundo engano quanto a tudo, é acreditar por exemplo que a mídia controlada pelo Estado, eu por exemplo sempre gostei de ler mais a RT russa, do que as Chinesas, mas é uma praxe entre os BRICS, dá a falsa sensação de quem, em tendo toda a burocracia sob seu controle no Executivo todo do país, tendo um perfeito e até, como posso dizer, eu chamo de ideológico, mas torna-se essa altura quase anexante dos dois poderes Executivo e Judiciário. Tendo a mídia controla pelo Estado como mando a grupo, que não foi inventado ou prometido para ser uma polarização, ainda que todo tempo ouça falar dos Estados Unidos da América na tal mídia controlada pelo Estado e nada, nem nunca, sobre a China, não teve como eu disserto aqui há longo tempo de fazer bom pendulo na política internacional. Até agora não conseguiu consertar a relação com o Presidente Zelensky, como o Presidente Donald Trump fez no Vaticano, tão pouco parece que conseguirá com o Presidente Donald Trump, e dá de barato realmente que possam haver conflitos armados no país, bem como argumentou muito a esquerda sobre as armas serem liberadas, e a latente guerra civil que vivemos. No limite, como dizia outro dia sobre USAID, as pessoas estavam achando que poderia ser homofóbico, muito pelo contrario, são zonas de influencia dos Estados Unidos da América como as facções criminosas que atuam no país, a despeito de muitos de seus empregados e financiados serem entidades sérias. O grau de propensão a uma guerra tanto convencional contra um país hostil, invasão de território propriamente dita, como uma “guerra por proxy” desse tipo, ou a fratricídio, vem muito de uma ideologização extremada, diria até inábil, em perceber dias mais graves ainda que os anteriores, se partidarizar por completo, fazer uma estimativa de “hegemonia cultural” que não chega a ser pragmática a esse ponto, e contemporizar com todos. Ainda que por exemplo, em não escalar uma controvérsia nacional ou internacional ninguém nunca se dê por momentaneamente impedido, só o Presidente Lula contra o Presidente Donald Trump todo o tempo. Quando acaba sendo para qualquer um de nós, tempo de se afastar um pouco de tudo isso. É um pouco do pavor que eu tinha também com o Presidente Bolsonaro, outra subsidiária russa, do Presidente Orbán, ainda que o Presidente Lula converse com a sede diretamente, dizia eu sobre Bolsonaro, se não encontrou solução para a partida de futebol na amizade, não leve a bola para casa. Ou seja, não queira o Presidente Lula se aposentar e nos deixar em maus lençóis desse tanto. Não chega nem a ser estranho para ninguém que exitam rotas habituais de armas entre o Brasil e os Estados Unidos da América, nada me parece confortável em não contemporizar com todos.

The fact is that even President Donald Trump and President Zelensky met in St. Peter’s Basilica in a symbolic gesture at the Vatican. And this is President Zelensky’s acute perception that things are not as they were in the past, including among Brazilian leaders, within the framework of the conspiracy by this or that government, more or less violent. The country is in the midst of a war, where our military supplies are also meager. I think this is the kind of consideration President Lula doesn’t have, just as President Dilma Rousseff didn’t have with President Obama when she refused a state visit to Washington after discovering she was being spied on by the White House. In other words, from then on, and from the time of the 1964 Military Coup to the present day, the military issue has been solemnly disregarded by President Lula, or worse, it lives in constant contradiction. And it hasn’t cooled down in that time, as I always hope it will.

More than that, what causes a profound misconception today is believing, for example, that state-controlled media—I, for example, have always preferred reading the Russian RT news outlet over the Chinese ones, but it’s common practice among the BRICS—gives the false impression that, by having the entire bureaucracy under their control in the country’s Executive branch, they have a perfect, and even, how can I say, ideological, power, but it becomes this almost annexation of the two branches of government. Having the media controlled by the State as a group command, which wasn’t invented or promised to be polarizing, even though I hear about the United States of America all the time in the so-called state-controlled media and nothing, and never, about China, there was no way, as I’ve been saying here for a long time, to make a good pendulum in international politics. So far, he hasn’t managed to repair his relationship with President Zelensky, as President Donald Trump did at the Vatican, nor does it appear he will succeed with President Donald Trump. He’s actually dismissing the possibility of armed conflict in the country, just as the left has argued extensively about the legalization of weapons and the simmering civil war we’re experiencing. Ultimately, as I said the other day about USAID, people were thinking he might be homophobic. Quite the contrary: these are areas of influence of the United States, just like the criminal factions operating in the country, despite the fact that many of its employees and financed parties are serious entities.
