I was here looking for a way to express my deepest sadness for what happened to the Bibas family, whose bodies were handed over by Hamas terrorists. Sometimes things as simple as this are so difficult for us, even those who generally do not have this concern, or those who generally do. So, above all, I want to express my deepest condolences for the death of the hostages recently handed over by the Hamas terrorist group, especially regarding the Bibas family and the children.
I just wanted to make a note about artificial intelligence, and how I managed to get my mind off things and express my condolences that were already long overdue according to my own feelings and protocol. I was talking to a Lebanese friend and talking about Palmeiras in the first half of 1996, which had a historic campaign in that Campeonato Paulista. And at that moment, I simultaneously received a message from my friend Ambassador Reda Mansour, a very important person for Israel’s relations with Latin America, a true friend of Brazil in the most difficult times of this relationship that is not going well.
And I said to my Lebanese friend, in 1996 I promised that if I never saw Palmeiras win again, I would not stop cheering for them. And curiously, Ambassador Reda Mansour said, we have been with Prime Minister Netanyahu since 1996, but the time has come to leave. And that is also the point, and what fundamentally relieved me here in Brazil: the time has come for Prime Minister Netanyahu to leave the Israeli Government Cabinet. Shabbat Shalom!
