Mas no mudar de cidade muito habitualmente com meus pais, logo de escola, eu tenho necessariamente que um dia esperar vaga numa escola semelhante a uma escola p\u00fablica por alguns meses no fim de um ano, e nisso, ensai\u00e1vamos todos os dias para o 7 de setembro. \u00c9 precisamente o fato, \u00e9 dia, para uma determinada classe social e cultura brasileira mais ancestral, de engomar o uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o que acontece? Vamos aos fatos! Imaginemos como eu j\u00e1 destaquei nesse mesmo Blog CoexistenteLaw.Org que a nacionalidade brasileira \u00e9 uma nacionalidade abrangente como no artigo &#8220;Nacionalidade Abrangente: O Turista Aprendiz e o Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural&#8221; ( <a href=\"https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=505\">https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=505<\/a> ). Ent\u00e3o aos fatos, o brasileiro n\u00e3o xen\u00f3fobo por nada do mundo, isso \u00e9 um ponto de inflex\u00e3o fort\u00edssimo para se pensar o Brasil, sempre que algu\u00e9m em quase qualquer lugar do Brasil, em quase qualquer \u00e9poca do ano, diz que n\u00e3o \u00e9 do Brasil, e est\u00e1 no Brasil, tem mais simpatia de seu entorno do que em qualquer outro lugar do mundo talvez. Quando essa simpatia me parece estar de recesso? Vamos aos exemplos, que eu tenho dois elucidativos at\u00e9 o fim da vida, e n\u00e3o os discuto, apenas constato. Em todo o mundo os feriados nacionais onde h\u00e1 grande parada militar, como no 7 de setembro no Brasil, parece aos meus olhos, que \u00e9 o dia de receber visita. No Brasil, por alguma raz\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9, ou nunca foi, dado o fato que Dom Pedro I anuncia a Independ\u00eancia de Portugal nesse dia. Quer dizer nunca foi, mas que fosse uma jogada tamb\u00e9m para ficar com ambos, imagine que brasileiro \u00e9 assim. Como? S\u00f3 nesse dia. Quais s\u00e3o os exemplos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando Lula, n\u00e3o me lembro se no seu primeiro mandato, mas quando Lula conclu\u00eda a licita\u00e7\u00e3o para compra de avi\u00f5es de ca\u00e7a para o pa\u00eds, achou apropriado convidar o Presidente Sarkozy para se encontrar com ele no 7 de setembro no Brasil, n\u00e3o me lembro qual ano foi isso, talvez no segundo governo Lula, mas a licita\u00e7\u00e3o tinha come\u00e7ado ainda no Governo Fernando Henrique Cardoso e n\u00e3o chegava a termo por nada do mundo. Naquele 7 de setembro Lula e Sarkozy iam anunciar que decidiram pela compra dos avi\u00f5es de ca\u00e7a da Fran\u00e7a, os Rafale, que era os mais caros, com grande autonomia, maquinas de guerra realmente apreci\u00e1veis. Bom, eu moro muito perto da &#8220;Avenida do Carnaval&#8221; bem como da &#8220;Avenida do 7 de setembro&#8221;, e aqui existe a maior escola de Sargentos da For\u00e7a A\u00e9rea do Brasil, que simplesmente era a fazenda de meu bisav\u00f4 que foi desapropriada. Algumas das constru\u00e7\u00f5es que l\u00e1 existem foram obra da minha fam\u00edlia, e sobre elas sempre ouvi de tudo. E nesse dia de Sarkozy saio para olhar, e acho que tinham mais e mais novas baionetas, volto para casa para ver Bras\u00edlia na tv, e uma tradi\u00e7\u00e3o que nem sempre est\u00e1 sob destaque chama muito aten\u00e7\u00e3o, na frente do palanque presidencial no desfile militar de Bras\u00edlia fica estacionado um tanque de guerra apontado para o Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, nesse dia, Lula e Sarkozy. E logo a seguir, Lula vai receber Sarkozy em um grande churrasco no Pal\u00e1cio do Alvorada, e estoura o vidro da churrasqueira enchendo todas as carnes de cacos de vidro. Resultado, o Brasil n\u00e3o fechou o contrato dos avi\u00f5es de ca\u00e7a Rafale da Fran\u00e7a, mas sim dos Gripen da Su\u00e9cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro exemplo, para que afim, reste demonstrado que o 7 de setembro \u00e9 um exce\u00e7\u00e3o a regra do todos os outros dias do ano no Brasil, onde estrangeiros s\u00e3o bem vindos. Esse \u00e9 recente. O Presidente Bolsonaro resolve fazer manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es na Avenida Paulista no 7 de setembro, existe toda uma discuss\u00e3o sobre o que ele dizia na \u00e9poca, que motiva minha primeira postagem nesse Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org de t\u00edtulo &#8220;Jair Bolsonaro at Ipiranga Gas Station&#8221; ( <a href=\"https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=24\">https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=24<\/a> ) primeir\u00edssimo post desse Blog, n\u00e3o primeiro 7 de setembro do Presidente Jair Bolsonaro, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de ter um Blog \u00e9 realmente at\u00e9 que nacionalista na verdade, apartar alguns racioc\u00ednios da META ou X, os organizar em algum canto s\u00f3 meu, n\u00e3o sou um miliciano digital, t\u00e3o pouco aqui constam ofensas a autoridades p\u00fablicas, civis ou militares, embora me refira a elas com frequ\u00eancia, n\u00e3o ofendo ningu\u00e9m, nem do Brasil nem de parte alguma do mundo, mas separo alguns racioc\u00ednios mais detidos aqui, onde as vezes um remete ao outro, aberto a todos, sem precisar se logar na META ou X, minhas \u00fanicas redes sociais, para n\u00e3o dizer que aqui em baixo tive a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de criar um Flikr que n\u00e3o alimento muito, e mais que isso, era uma vontade de desenvolver longamente dois temas mais centrais, uma fic\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Anjos, sobre Uriel Arcanjo especificamente, padroeiro de Oxford, e mais que isso, propor uma discuss\u00e3o sociol\u00f3gica do papel da mulher na sociedade hoje, e n\u00e3o preciso nem dizer que comecei a escrever de tudo, e deixei num segundo plano essas inten\u00e7\u00f5es primeiras. Mas qual foi o 7 de setembro de Bolsonoro que caiu em desgra\u00e7a xen\u00f3foba, como s\u00f3 acontece com brasileiro mais em geral no &#8220;Feriado de Independ\u00eancia&#8221;? A Avenida Paulista lotada de bandeiras do Brasil no 7 de setembro, em que ele discursava, com destaque como aquele tanque de Bras\u00edlia apontado para o Presidente da Rep\u00fablica e seu convidado franc\u00eas, das bandeiras de Israel no meio de todos. Por algum motivo, como aquele tanque, tradi\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o, se tornou destaque daquela cena. E logo hoje a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre os dois pa\u00edses \u00e9 p\u00e9ssima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou seja, em que pese Dom Pedro I tenha se visto na hip\u00f3tese de ser um Imperador conhecido em Portugal, e reconhecido no Brasil, tal qual a chamada no Brasil da &#8220;Lei de Gerson&#8221;, que diz que brasileiro quer levar vantagem em tudo, ou melhor dito, n\u00e3o \u00e9 totalmente cr\u00edvel que a gente possa ser independente para tudo, muito menos reagir com a morte quanto a isso, mas existe sim esse dia em nossa cultura popular, e ele reage exatamente de uma forma incomum em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mundo inteiro, que por exemplo, o 14 de julho na Fran\u00e7a \u00e9 um convite esplendido para qualquer outro Chefe de Estado do mundo. Recentemente, paradas militares na China, motivaram um grande encontro. No Brasil nesse dia \u00e9 melhor n\u00e3o encontrar ningu\u00e9m. S\u00f3 nesse dia, mas melhor n\u00e3o!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EN-US<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Rule Has an Exception!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Murilo Jambeiro de Oliveira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brazil, September 6, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Brazil, one of the most famous sayings is: &#8220;Every rule has an exception!&#8221; or &#8220;The exception that proves the rule!&#8221; These are two very popular sayings, and I don&#8217;t even know if they&#8217;re exclusive to Brazil. I want to talk a little about why September 7th falls into this category. Although the saying to be remembered here is the one proclaimed by Dom Pedro I on the banks of the Ipiranga River: &#8220;Independence or Death!&#8221; We&#8217;ve been habitually lying about this saying by Dom Pedro I, but it&#8217;s related to September 7th, and I explain it based on my careful observation of the facts, or the fate of the last many September 7ths, which I always follow with interest. This interest, in general, would explain this as well. I studied in private schools that didn&#8217;t pay attention to September 7th, the &#8220;Independence Holiday&#8221; in Brazil. But when I moved cities, quite often with my parents, and therefore schools, I necessarily had to wait for a spot in a school similar to a public school for a few months at the end of the year, and during that time, we rehearsed every day for September 7th. It&#8217;s precisely the fact that it&#8217;s the day, for a certain social class and more ancestral Brazilian culture, to iron the uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And what happens? Let&#8217;s get to the facts! Let&#8217;s imagine, as I&#8217;ve already highlighted on this same CoexistenceLaw.Org blog, that Brazilian nationality is a comprehensive nationality, as in the article &#8220;Comprehensive Nationality: The Apprentice Tourist and Cultural Heritage&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=505\">https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=505<\/a>). So, in fact, Brazilians are not xenophobic at all. This is a very strong turning point in thinking about Brazil. Whenever someone, almost anywhere in Brazil, at almost any time of the year, says they&#8217;re not from Brazil, and they&#8217;re in Brazil, they receive more sympathy from their surroundings than perhaps anywhere else in the world. When does this sympathy seem to be on hiatus? Let&#8217;s look at examples, as I have two that will be instructive for the rest of my life, and I won&#8217;t discuss them, just note them. All over the world, national holidays with large military parades, like September 7th in Brazil, seem to me to be a day to receive visitors. In Brazil, for some reason, it isn&#8217;t, or never was, given the fact that Dom Pedro I announced Portugal&#8217;s independence on that day. I mean, it never was, but it was a ploy to also have both, imagine how Brazilians are like that. How? Only on that day. What are the examples?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Lula\u2014I don&#8217;t remember if it was during his first term, but when Lula was concluding the bidding process for the purchase of fighter jets for the country\u2014he thought it appropriate to invite President Sarkozy to meet with him on September 7th in Brazil. I don&#8217;t remember what year it was, perhaps during Lula&#8217;s second term, but the bidding process had begun during Fernando Henrique Cardoso&#8217;s administration and was never completed. On that September 7th, Lula and Sarkozy were going to announce their decision to purchase French fighter jets, the Rafale, which were the most expensive, with great range, truly impressive war machines. Well, I live very close to &#8220;Carnival Avenue&#8221; as well as &#8220;September 7th Avenue,&#8221; and here is the largest sergeant&#8217;s school in the Brazilian Air Force, which was simply my great-grandfather&#8217;s farm that was expropriated. Some of the buildings there were my family&#8217;s work, and I&#8217;ve always heard everything about them. And on that Sarkozy day, I go out to look, and I think they have more and more new bayonets. I return home to watch Bras\u00edlia on TV, and a tradition that isn&#8217;t always highlighted draws a lot of attention: in front of the presidential platform during the Bras\u00edlia military parade, a tank is parked, pointed at the President of the Republic. That day, Lula and Sarkozy. And soon after, Lula hosts Sarkozy at a massive barbecue at the Alvorada Palace, and the barbecue glass shatters, showering the meat with shards. As a result, Brazil didn&#8217;t secure the contract for France&#8217;s Rafale fighter jets, but rather Sweden&#8217;s Gripen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another example, to be clear, is that September 7th is an exception to the rule of all other days of the year in Brazil, where foreigners are welcome. This is recent. President Bolsonaro decides to hold demonstrations on Paulista Avenue on September 7th. There is a whole discussion about what he said at the time, which motivates my first post on this Blog CoexistenceLaw.Org titled &#8220;Jair Bolsonaro at Ipiranga Gas Station&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=24\">https:\/\/coexistencelaw.org\/?p=24<\/a>). The very first post on this Blog, not the first September 7th of President Jair Bolsonaro. The intention of having a Blog is actually quite nationalist, in fact, to separate some reasoning from META or X, organize them in some corner of my own. I am not a digital militiaman, nor are there any offenses to public authorities, civil or military, although I refer to them frequently. I do not offend anyone, neither from Brazil nor from anywhere in the world, but I separate some more detailed reasoning here, where sometimes one refers to the other, open to everyone, without needing to log in to META or X, my only social networks. Not to mention that here below I had the intention of creating a Flikr that I do not feed much, and more. What was more, it was a desire to develop two more central themes at length: a fiction about Angels, specifically about Uriel the Archangel, the patron saint of Oxford, and more than that, to propose a sociological discussion of the role of women in society today. Needless to say, I started writing everything, leaving these initial intentions on the back burner. But what was Bolsonaro&#8217;s September 7th, the day he fell into xenophobic disgrace, as only happens to Brazilians in general on &#8220;Independence Day&#8221;? Paulista Avenue was filled with Brazilian flags on September 7th, where he was giving his speech, with the prominence of that tank in Bras\u00edlia pointed at the President of the Republic and his French guest, and of Israeli flags in the middle of everyone. For some reason, like that tank, tradition or not, it became the centerpiece of that scene. And today, relations between the two countries are terrible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, despite Dom Pedro I having seen himself as an Emperor known in Portugal and recognized in Brazil, just like the so-called &#8220;Gerson Law&#8221; in Brazil, which states that Brazilians want to take advantage of everything. Or rather, it&#8217;s not entirely credible that we can be independent in everything, much less react to it with death. However, this day does exist in our popular culture, and it reacts in an unusual way compared to the rest of the world. For example, July 14th in France is a splendid invitation for any other Head of State in the world. Recently, military parades in China led to a large gathering. In Brazil, on that day, it&#8217;s best not to run into anyone.
