N\u00e3o vamos nos perder aqui, meu av\u00f4 materno, Jo\u00e3o Antunes Filho, descente de Julieta Galv\u00e3o de de Fran\u00e7a, que descente como Frei Galv\u00e3o. Mas h\u00e1 outra quest\u00e3o bastante interessante, a m\u00e3e de Frei Galv\u00e3o, Isabel Leite de Barros, 1717. Um dado muito aproximado de quem seria a inspira\u00e7\u00e3o de Nossa Senhora da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Aparecida, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 1717. Muitos dados s\u00e3o bastante recorrentes, Isabel vive 38 anos, vem de Santana do Parna\u00edba com a imagem de Nossa Senhora da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, como a primeira encontrada, e s\u00f3 4 anos ap\u00f3s sua morte h\u00e1 de falar em tal culto. Inclusive por seu filho muito religioso. A primeira miss\u00e3o Redentorista de Aparecida, \u00e9 alem\u00e3, e julga semelhante a uma santa negra existente na Alemanha, talvez por essa descend\u00eancia judaica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mas vamos ao segundo dado. Minha bisav\u00f3 materna, m\u00e3e da m\u00e3e da minha m\u00e3e, Benedita Almeida Passos, de Atibaia, S\u00e3o Paulo, Brasil, concorre nesse lugar, em Atibaia, S\u00e3o Paulo, com o encontro dos irm\u00e3os Bandeirantes, da Corte Portuguesa, e do que testei mais prov\u00e1vel de minha gen\u00e9tica, o A\u00e7oriano, Matias Cardoso de Almeida (1637 – ? ). Atibaia, assim como a rota de navega\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e9poca liga todos eles, e meu teste gen\u00e9tico proposto a Houston tende ao mesmo, ao parentesco A\u00e7oriano. No que em geral eu me pergunto se tende ao mesmo Almeida de: Ant\u00f3nia de Almeida de Aguiar, da Rainha Consorte do Reino da Su\u00e9cia S\u00edlvia Renata Sommerlath. N\u00e3o \u00e9 absurdo tamb\u00e9m ao que me parece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Quer dizer, entre dois mist\u00e9rios, o dos Galv\u00e3o de Fran\u00e7a e dos Almeida, as duas hip\u00f3teses me parecem plaus\u00edveis, inclusive ou talvez principalmente pelo relato hist\u00f3rico e geogr\u00e1fico de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the two competing family relationships I have on my mother’s side that I consider noteworthy? Let’s look at what Houston reported in my genetic test: I have relatives all around the Mediterranean, except France, and 15% from the United Kingdom, plus 3% from Northeast Asia to South America, the hypothesis of natives who came through the Bering Strait. But the other 82% are all around the Mediterranean, including North Africa, quite a bit in Portugal and Spain, as well as on the other shores, and none in France. It reminds me of Claude Levi Strauss’s “Elementary Structures of Kinship,” in the sense that France, among all that is closest, seems to be my greatest genetic diversity. But let’s look at the map that illustrates this Sephardim immigration to the Americas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two brothers quite famous as pioneering Bandeirantes of the state of S\u00e3o Paulo: Fern\u00e3o Dias Pais Leme (1608-1681) and his brother Pascoal Leite Pais, whose great-great-grandson was Saint Anthony of Sant’Ana Galv\u00e3o (1739-1822). Let’s not get lost here: my maternal grandfather, Jo\u00e3o Antunes Filho, descended from Julieta Galv\u00e3o de Fran\u00e7a, who was descended as Frei Galv\u00e3o. But there’s another very interesting point: Frei Galv\u00e3o’s mother, Isabel Leite de Barros, born in 1717. A very close guess as to who would be the inspiration for Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception of Aparecida, also born in 1717. Many of the facts are quite common: Isabel lived for 38 years, came from Santana do Parna\u00edba with the image of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, as the first one found, and only four years after her death did she speak of such worship. This was also the case with her very religious son. The first Redemptorist mission in Aparecida is German, and it is believed to be similar to a Black saint in Germany, perhaps due to her Jewish ancestry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But let’s look at the second piece of information. My maternal great-grandmother, my mother’s mother’s mother, Benedita Almeida Passos, from Atibaia, S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil, is at the same time a meeting point, in Atibaia, S\u00e3o Paulo, with the Bandeirante brothers of the Portuguese Court, and the most likely person I tested for my genetics, the Azorean, Matias Cardoso de Almeida (1637 – ?). Atibaia, like the navigation route of the time, connects them all, and my proposed genetic test for Houston points to the same thing, to an Azorean kinship. In general, I wonder if it points to the same Almeida as Ant\u00f3nia de Almeida de Aguiar, of the Queen Consort of the Kingdom of Sweden, Silvia Renata Sommerlath.
