This second case has a lot to do with a strange way Brazilians have found to live, in general, across various professions\u2014even among journalists and artists\u2014by firmly establishing their foothold, so to speak, in some parastatal security structure. Which is very sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But earlier, Magdalen College asked me about finances, and this is the question that clarifies the previous point. Classic works of sociology in Brazil speak of an imaginary place, where one has no legitimacy, not even regarding ownership of the land where one lives. And this, and nothing else, would generate an entire parastatal security structure. Since a neighborly dispute can&#8217;t be resolved by the police, you can&#8217;t call the police for anything, since you don&#8217;t even own your own house. This distances an entire population from state assistance. I mean, it&#8217;s a place with many difficulties, like the one speaking to you, that sought to understand its people deeply, but suffers a tremendous creative crisis. Perhaps it&#8217;s moving from &#8220;Let England Shake&#8221; to &#8220;Hope Six&#8221; more thoroughly, to &#8220;I Inside the Old&#8221; to being Polly in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And yes, I haven&#8217;t fully explained my geopolitical orientation, whether it&#8217;s not of the &#8220;Global South&#8221; practiced in Brazil today, but of an ecumenism so profound that it encompasses all the &#8220;Children of Abraham&#8221; in one single entity. This is so difficult, it&#8217;s like a childish squabble even between Catholic Christians and Protestant Christians, for so long, and so fashionable in Brazil, that fundamentally, if I invite a Catholic Christian to remarry, I think it&#8217;s appropriate that it be done in the Church of England. Even if it&#8217;s a symbolic pacification, the charm of Catholic Christians will always be the vows of eternal love. Esse segundo caso tem muito a ver com um jeito estranho que os brasileiros encontraram para viver muito em geral, em diversas profiss\u00f5es. at\u00e9 entre jornalistas e artistas, firmar o p\u00e9, por assim dizer, em alguma estrutura paraestatal de seguran\u00e7a. O que \u00e9 muito triste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas anteriormente Magdalen College me pergunta sobre finan\u00e7as, e \u00e9 essa a quest\u00e3o que elucida a quest\u00e3o anterior. Obras cl\u00e1ssicas da sociologia no Brasil, que falam de um lugar imagin\u00e1rio, onde n\u00e3o se tem legitimidade nem mesmo quanto a propriedade da terra onde se vive. E isso, e n\u00e3o outro fato, geraria toda uma estrutura paraestatal de seguran\u00e7a. Uma vez que uma briga de vizinhos n\u00e3o pode ser resolvida pela policia, n\u00e3o se pode chamar a policia para nada, uma vez que nem dono de sua casa voc\u00ea \u00e9. Isso distancia uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o inteira da assist\u00eancia do Estado. Quer dizer, \u00e9 um lugar com muitas dificuldades como o mesmo que vos fala, que procurou entender seu povo profundamente, mas sofre uma tremenda crise criativa. Est\u00e1 talvez partindo &#8220;Let England Shake&#8221; para falar &#8220;Hope Six&#8221; mais detidamente, quando &#8220;I Inside The Old&#8221;, para ser Polly na vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E sim, eu n\u00e3o expliquei a contento minha orienta\u00e7\u00e3o geopol\u00edtica, se n\u00e3o \u00e9 de &#8220;Sul Global&#8221; hoje praticada no Brasil, mas de um ecumenismo t\u00e3o profundo que compreenda em uma coisa s\u00f3 todos os &#8220;Filhos de Abra\u00e3o&#8221;. Isso \u00e9 t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil, \u00e9 como uma briga de crian\u00e7as at\u00e9 entre Crist\u00e3os Cat\u00f3licos, e Crist\u00e3os Protestantes, h\u00e1 tanto tempo, e no Brasil t\u00e3o em moda, que fundamentalmente se convoco algu\u00e9m Crist\u00e3 Cat\u00f3lica para casar de novo, eu acho apropriado que seja feito na Igreja da Inglaterra. Para que seja uma pacifica\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica, ainda que sim, o encanto de Crist\u00e3os Cat\u00f3licos sempre ser\u00e1 as juras de amor eterno.
