It is important to think about the issue of Jus soli. The birthright of Palestinians to their land. There is a seminal work called “Pass\u00e1rgada” by Boaventura de Souza Santos that says that all other illegalities arise from the illegality of land occupation, as no one seeks recourse to the State for this. Rio de Janeiro is very different from S\u00e3o Paulo in this regard, with forest areas scattered throughout the city, while S\u00e3o Paulo is a pizza that pushes poverty outwards. Importante para pensar a quest\u00e3o Jus soli. O direito de nascen\u00e7a dos Palestinos a sua terra. Existe um trabalho fundante chamado “Pass\u00e1rgada” de Boaventura de Souza Santos que diz que da ilegalidade da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do solo, decorrem todas as outras ilegalidades a partir do momento que ningu\u00e9m recorre ao Estado por isso. Rio de Janeiro diverge muito de S\u00e3o Paulo nisso, com zonas de floresta salpicadas por toda a cidade, enquanto S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 uma pizza que empurra a pobreza para fora. \u00c9 muito interessante a proposta da Liga \u00c1rabe para Gaza, e especialmente nesse sentido, para quem tem Jus soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
